To whom it may concern

I was a guest at Rainbow Towers and booked in on Wednesday  the 1st of February. It is with regret to inform that I was not satisfied and that my stay there was unpleasant.

Circumstances leading to my dissatisfaction included the following:

1.       My room card was handed to me ( number 1119). Upon entering my room, I realised that another patron’s luggage was already in that room hence a double booking of the room occurred. Terrence ( guest relations) was helpful and speedily came to change me to another room ( 1121). I asked whether my card will work when I return and he informed that it will. When I left my room and returned -+2 hours later, I realised that my card was still activating room 1119 and not 1121. When I phoned down, The phone was cut so I had to go down and get another card. Take in the fact that there was a conference so going down and up again took me at least 30 minutes.
2.       There was no room service menu and when I asked reception that said it has to be somewhere in the room. After looking extensively, I phoned room service and then got told that there is no menus , however, they can tell me what they have to offer.
3.       I ordered a sandwich/ chips and a milkshake. Being told that the food will be delivered within 20 minutes, I waited much longer then that. The chips was stale and the milkshake was runny and at room temperature. There was also no straw provided.
4.       The next morning I ordered still water and coffee from room service once again. When the water and coffee arrived ( 25 minutes later) ( which in my opinion is too long), I realised the coffee was sachet based and not filter coffee. If I knew that , I wouldn’t have ordered and I wasn’t asked which type of coffee I would like. 
5.       Lastly, I ordered an Iron , and the Iron delivered could not plug in as the plug adapter was different to the ones in the room. I was running out of time so I couldn’t iron my clothes.

My stay was unpleasant and I will most likely not visit your Hotel again.
